4. The Contract is concluded once the Company sends an order confirmation by email.
5. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an Order (e.g., in case of stock unavailability or pricing errors), in which case any payment already made will be refunded.

6. Payment and Order Processing

• All Orders are processed only after full prepayment.
• The Company accepts Visa and Mastercard. American Express and direct bank transfers to card numbers are not accepted.
• Credit card payments are processed securely using encrypted payment processing (see registration data for the Company's security measures).
• Once payment has been successfully processed, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email including the estimated shipping date.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Order Processing

• Items marked "In Stock" will be shipped within 3 business days after full payment is received. Availability status is indicated next to each item on the Website.
• Orders are processed and shipped Monday 11:00–Friday 20:00 (Central European Time, CET). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

7.2 International Delivery

Shipping is carried out via DHL, Nova Post, or EMS:

All taxes and customs duties are covered by the Company.

• Free courier delivery via Nova Post.
• A tracking number will be sent to the Customer's email once the Order has shipped.
• Delivery to Crimea, russia, and belarus is not available.

7.3 Tracking and Discrepancies

Once an Order is shipped, the Company will send the tracking number to the Customer's email. The Customer should use it to follow the package and may contact the delivery service directly if needed. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported to info@coatmc.com within 24 hours of delivery.

7.4 Risk Transfer

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; the Company is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond its control. Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the address provided in the Order, subject to the 24-hour reporting window above.

8. Exchange and Returns

• The Customer may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving the Order.
• To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
• Refunds or exchanges will be processed within two working weeks after the Company receives the returned item(s).
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

9. Warranty and Complaints

Products are covered by statutory warranty rights under applicable consumer protection law. If a Product is defective or does not conform to the Order, the Customer should contact info@coatmc.com with details of the issue and, where possible, supporting photos. The Company will address complaints within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of COATmc OÜ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or a Contract is limited to the value of the relevant Order. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., for death, personal injury, or fraud).
